Who we are
Mountain Wave Media Ltd (company number 10728890) is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at director@mountainwave.co.uk. This policy covers Pilot Aptitude Pro, Currency Genie, PreFlight: Grob Tutor and the Mountain Wave Media website.
App data
The current versions of our apps do not collect or transmit personal data to Mountain Wave Media servers. Information such as preferences, progress or currency records may be stored locally on your device so that the app can function.
Local app data is controlled through your device and Apple services, including any device backup settings you choose to use. Deleting an app normally removes its local data from that device, subject to any backups retained through Apple services.
Website
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics or marketing cookies. Our hosting provider may temporarily process IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the site. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.
Support emails
If you contact us, we process the name, email address, message and diagnostic details you choose to provide. We use them only to respond, investigate the issue and keep necessary business records, relying on legitimate interests or steps connected with your request. Providing this information is optional, but without contact details we may be unable to reply. Apple services
